Welcome to Eden’s Genie. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, products, and services provided by Pure Produce, doing business as Eden’s Genie (referred to as “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using edensgenie.com (the “Site”), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our Site.
1. Use of Our Site
Eligibility: By using our Site, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years of age and that you possess the legal authority to enter into this agreement. You agree to provide accurate and truthful information when making a purchase or otherwise interacting with our Site.
Eden’s Genie products are intended only for adults 21 years of age or older. By placing an order, you confirm that you meet the applicable age requirement. We reserve the right to request age verification and to refuse or cancel an order if we are unable to verify that the purchaser meets the applicable age requirement.
Compliance with Laws: You are responsible for determining and complying with all laws and regulations applicable to your purchase, possession, and use of our products. Eden’s Genie only sells and ships products to locations where the products are permitted under applicable law and our current shipping policies. 100% Federally Compliant Industrial Hemp. Contains <0.3% Delta-9 THC by dry weight in accordance with the 2018 Farm Bill.
Prohibited Activities: You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful or prohibited purpose. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:
- Engaging in any activity that violates any applicable federal, state, or local law or regulation.
- Purchasing products if you are under 21 years of age.
- Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information, including information relating to your age or identity.
- Attempting to circumvent age-verification or other purchasing restrictions.
- Uploading or transmitting viruses, malware, or other harmful code.
- Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the Site, other accounts, or computer systems or networks connected to the Site.
- Interfering with or disrupting the Site or servers connected to the Site.
- Using the Site to engage in fraud or deceptive practices.
2. Products and Orders
Product Descriptions: We strive to provide accurate descriptions of our products on the Site. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions, colors, information, or other content available on the Site are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free.
THCA Products: Eden’s Genie sells products containing tetrahydrocannabinolic acid (“THCA”) and/or other cannabinoids as described on individual product pages. Products are intended only for lawful use. You are responsible for understanding the characteristics and applicable laws relating to any product you purchase.
Age Requirement: All purchases of Eden’s Genie products are restricted to individuals 21 years of age or older. We reserve the right to require valid age verification before fulfilling an order.
Legal Compliance: Laws regarding cannabinoids and hemp-derived products may vary by jurisdiction and may change over time. Eden’s Genie does not guarantee that any product is lawful for purchase, possession, or use in every jurisdiction. We only ship to states and jurisdictions that we determine to be compliant with our applicable shipping requirements at the time of purchase.
You are responsible for complying with all applicable laws in the jurisdiction where you purchase, receive, possess, or use our products.
Pricing: Prices for products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product at any time without liability. In the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price due to an error, we reserve the right to cancel any orders placed for that product.
Order Acceptance: We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion. Reasons for order cancellation may include, but are not limited to, product unavailability, errors in product or pricing information, inability to verify age, shipping restrictions, changes in applicable law, or suspected fraud.
If an order is canceled before shipment, any applicable payment will be refunded to the original payment method, subject to the policies of the applicable payment processor.
Payment: You agree to pay all charges incurred by you or any users of your account and payment method at the prices in effect when such charges are incurred. You are responsible for paying any applicable taxes related to your purchases.
3. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping: We will ship products in accordance with our shipping policies, which may be updated from time to time. Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Processing & Fulfillment Time All orders are processed and packaged within 6 to 10 business days before being handed over to the carrier for shipment. Please note that processing times do not include weekends, national holidays, or transit times once the package is in transit with the shipping provider.
Order Tracking Once your order has been fulfilled and dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for the carrier to update tracking information after receiving your shipping confirmation.
Fulfillment Delays While we make every effort to fulfill orders within our standard 6–10 business day window, processing times may be extended during peak promotional periods, high order volumes, or holidays.
We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, natural disasters, government actions, changes in applicable laws, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Shipping Locations: Eden’s Genie ships only to states and jurisdictions where we determine that our products are permitted and where shipment is consistent with applicable laws and regulations.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel shipments to any location where we believe the sale or shipment of a product may violate applicable law or our internal compliance requirements.
Risk of Loss: To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, risk of loss for products purchased from Eden’s Genie passes to the purchaser upon delivery of the products to the applicable carrier.
4. Returns, Refunds, and Replacements
Eden’s Genie accepts returns within 14 days of delivery for products that are unopened and unused.
To be eligible for a return, the product must be unopened and in its original condition. Customers should contact us at minigrowhouse@gmail.com before sending a product back.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders: If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us promptly after delivery. At our discretion, we may provide a replacement or refund for eligible orders.
Additional return and refund requirements may apply. Products that have been opened or used may not be eligible for return unless required by applicable law.
5. Intellectual Property
Ownership: All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, video clips, software, product descriptions, and other materials, is owned by Pure Produce, doing business as Eden’s Genie, or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
License: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Site and its content for personal, non-commercial use.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, sell, or otherwise exploit Site content without our prior written permission.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Site and products provided by Eden’s Genie are provided “as is” and “as available,” to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, except where such warranties cannot legally be excluded.
We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free from viruses or other harmful components.
Information provided on the Site is for general informational purposes and is not intended to constitute medical, legal, or professional advice.
Eden’s Genie makes no representation that its products are appropriate for any particular individual or that they will produce any particular result.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Eden’s Genie and Pure Produce, together with their officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates, will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenues, data, use, or goodwill arising from or relating to:
(a) your use of the Site;
(b) your purchase, possession, or use of any products;
(c) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers;
(d) any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the Site; or
(e) any errors or omissions in Site content.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Pure Produce, doing business as Eden’s Genie, and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising from or related to:
- Your use of the Site;
- Your violation of these Terms;
- Your violation of applicable laws or regulations;
- Your violation of the rights of another person or entity; or
- Your purchase, possession, or use of products in violation of applicable law.
9. Governing Law
These Terms and your use of the Site will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
Any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms will be subject to the applicable state or federal courts located in Florida, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
10. SMS Terms & Conditions
Eden’s Genie may send transactional and/or promotional text messages to customers who have expressly opted in to receive SMS communications.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

Your continued use of the Site after revised Terms are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
